Leg Lower abs

The one leg shoulderbridge exercise is of cource a variation of the regular Pilates shoulderbridge. This variation adds more stability challenge and leg strength.

In this Pilates shoulderbridge variation we try to stay up on one leg while stretching out the other. Great for pelvic stability and leg/glute strength.
