Side Roll Up
Pilates Ab exercise and spine flexibility exercise. A variation of the classic Roll Up. Workout the abs at the waist!
Small leg lift 2
Just like the small leg lift 1, this Pilates exercise is great for the lower back. This one is a bit heavier.
Heavy Pilates Ab exercise. By holding the legs still while reaching for the ceiling with one arm at the time you really works the abs here!
Shoulderbridge one leg
The one leg shoulderbridge exercise is of cource a variation of the regular Pilates shoulderbridge. This variation adds more stability challenge and leg strength.
