20 Basic Pilates Exercises 1-10

These 50 basic Pilates exercises are easy to do for beginners and fun for advanced praticioners. They form a great source for making your own Pilates workout. They are basic variations of the famous Pilates mat exercises. If you have done Pilates before, these exercises will provide you with a fresh way of doing the classic mat exercises.
